Box Score LUBBOCK, TX – After falling behind early, UT Permian Basin got red hot to hand Lubbock Christian University a 4-3 upset loss.

Lisa Guitton all picked up big singles wins to secure the victory for UTPB.
"Our women came to play today," said Head Coach
Alex Hunt. "We lost the doubles point but came fighting back. All four singles victories we secured were done so in dominant fashion."
This win improved the Falcons shot at heading into the conference tournament.
Next up for the Falcons will be a double-header home event on Saturday, April 8 at the Bush Tennis Center. UTPB will host McMurry at 9am and Sul Ross State at 2pm. In between the matches there will be a ceremony to honor the 2023 seniors.
