The University of Texas Permian Basin (UT Permian Basin) is committed to the principle of institutional control in operating its athletics program in a manner that is consistent with the letter and the spirit of NCAA, Lone Star Conference (LSC), UT System, and University rules and regulations.
It is the goal of the ACO to place the University in a proactive position by educating, overseeing, and monitoring the intercollegiate athletics program and maintaining a positive compliance environment.
