SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The University of Texas Permian Basin women's tennis team (3-1) lost 4-3 to Our Lady of the Lake (4-7), Saturday night.

"Our top 3 singles, Brooke, Teodora and Lisa, continued their fine form. Unfortunately, number 2 and 3 doubles just weren't clicking. It was difficult to explain why. It's going to take some time to reflect upon, but we'll come back with a game plan to improve. Our 4-6 singles lineup struggled a bit today as well. We definitely have to do better as a team at making sure everyone in the lineup has the intensity, focus and tenacity to show up every single match with the expectation to win."
