ODESSA, Texas - On Wednesday (Nov. 15) the ITA Collegiate Tennis Rankings sponsored by Tennis-Point released the singles and doubles, national, and regional rankings.  

The success the men's tennis team had at the ITA Men's South Central Regional tournament resulted in five athletes being ranked in the polls. 

Doubles partners Takumi Katsuda and Jonas Krahofer, who won the ITA Regional doubles championship – and went on to finish 2-1 at the ITA Cup - are currently ranked the No. 8 doubles team in the nation and No. 1 in the South-Central Region.  

Katsuda is also ranked No. 43 in the nation and No. 4 in the South-Central Region in the singles rankings.  

The duo of Vitaliy Horovoy and Lucas Nitzschke – who took on Katsuda and Krahofer in the semifinals at the ITA Regional tournament – are ranked the No. 4 in the South-Central Region. 

Similar to Katsuda, Horovoy is also ranked in the singles ranking, as he is currently the No. 21 singles player in the nation and No. 3 single player in the South-Central Region. 

The final player that is ranked is Grzegorz Rudnicki who is the No. 18 ranked singles player in the South-Central Region.
