AMARILLO, Texas – The University of Texas Permian Basin women's golf team finished out the West Texas A&M Fall Invitational.  The tournament was played at La Paloma Golf Club, a Par-72 with a total yardage of 5,810 yards.

West Texas A&M shot 287-299-298 for a +32 to win by nine strokes over Midwestern State (Receiving Votes).  Rounding out the top five were Odessa College (3^rd – 299-300-297, +44), #19 Oklahoma Christian (4^th – 301-301-302, +52) and St. Mary's (5^th – 295-306-307, +56).

UT Permian Basin shot 310-312-321 and finished 13^th at +91.

Individually, Alli Reilly of Midwestern State (71-68-73) finished at -1 to win by three strokes over Martha Laremark of UT Tyler and Gam Songprasert of West Texas A&M.

Sophomore Arnie Taguines finished 11th at +9 (73-74-75).  She was second in Par 3 scoring at 3.00 and had 34 birdies.

Junior Ainhoa Gurruchaga finished tied for 30^th at +17 (77-76-77).

Junior Gabriela Maldonado finished tied for 64^th at +30 (79-81-83).

Freshman Katrin Davidsdottir finished tied for 71^st at +35 (81-81-86).

UT Permian Basin will compete at the MSU Invitational, Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 16-17.  The tournament is at the Wichita Falls Country Club.
