2024-25 (Senior):
Named to the 2025 LSC Preseason Golfers to Watch list after opening her senior season in the Fall with a pair of top-10 finishes and finishing with a 77 scoring average in three events... Played in 10 events (7 tournaments) her senior year... Played 20 rounds on the season... Had a 79.25 scoring average (78.8 adjusted scoring average)... Had a low round of 74 that she achieved four times, including during her final round of the season at the LSC Championship... Had two seventh-place finishes in tournaments... Was 3-1 in dual matches and was the low scorer in one dual match... Ranked No. 131 in the South Central Region... After shooting plus-three during the first round of the season, Gurruchaga shot 74-77 (151) and tied for seventh place in UTPB’s season opener at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate (Sept. 16-17)... Was then two-over par during round one and shot 74-77 (151) to tie for seventh place for the second tournament in a row at the CSU-Pueblo Fall Invite (Oct. 7-8)... After shooting 74 during the first round during each of her first two tournaments of the season, Gurruchaga did the same during the final round of each of her last two tournaments of the season... Won her first dual match of the season against Western Texas College (Feb. 28) by 20 strokes (82-102)... Secured her team leading third dual match win of the season by shooting a 79 (79-81) against New Mexico Junior College (Mar. 26)...Shot 77-81-74 (232) at the LSC Championship (Apr. 21-22), was two-under-par through eight holes during the third round, and finished two-over during the final round to move up eight spots from round two and place 31st... Named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team... Also named to the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll... Made the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll in each of her four seasons at UTPB... Earned 2025 D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
2023-24 (Junior):
Named to the 2024 LSC Preseason Golfers to Watch list... 2023-24 LSC Newcomer of the Year... Played in 11 events... Totaled 29 rounds on the season... Season best finish of 4th at the Emerald Coast Collegiate (Mar. 10), also had her best score of even par... Started the season off strong recording a ninth-place finish at UINDY Invitational and finished the season at the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate by barely missing cracking the top-15 – coming in 16th place... Held a scoring average of 75.4 (adjusted) on the year... Was ranked 26th in the region... Named to the Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
