Krystal Smith continued her hot streak on Thursday, picking up her fifth straight win in singles play.  The junior has lost just twice all spring to a non-Division I opponent for UT Permian Basin.  On the men's side Patryk Kosinski is finding his form with his sixth win in seven matches.  The junior is now 3-1 in Lone Star Conference action.

In men's doubles the action came down to the wire in the No. 1 spot but St. Mary's was able to take set.  In singles action Kosinski was able to take his in a pair of tight sets, 7-5, 7-6.  Across the board there were plenty of closely contested matches.  Timon Kohler and Enrique Sanchez went to a third set before falling while Jonah Neumaier went 7-5, 7-5 in his match before falling.

Brooke Runyan and Lisa Guitton were able to break through on the women's side in doubles against the No. 53 Rattlers.  Smith took her match in three sets, one of three women's singles matches to go the distance.  Lore Mewis and Brooke Runyan also took their matches to a third set but they couldn't pull off the upset.
