2024-25 (Senior):
Named to the 2025 LSC Preseason Players to Watch list... Was named to the LSC Preseason Players to Watch list in each of the last two seasons... Named Honorable Mention All-LSC for doubles with Paige Bott... Earned the first all-conference recognition of her career... Was also named to the LSC Sportsmanship Team and the LSC All-Academic Women's Tennis Team... Received the 2025 Lone Star Conference Scholar-Athlete award... Is a two-time team captain and was the leader of the team... Has attended UTPB for all four years and was a four-year starter for the program... Played primarily from the No. 1 singles and the No. 1 doubles spots... Was 5-10 (2-7 LSC) at No. 1 singles this season and was 9-6 in doubles... Was a combined 8-2 in doubles with Bott as the pair went 6-1 at No. 1 doubles... In the LSC, Runyan and Bott were 6-2 overall in doubles and were 4-1 at No. 1 doubles... Thanks in large part to Runyan's and Bott's efforts, the Falcons women's tennis team earned the doubles point in six of their 10 conference matches this season... Was was ranked No. 20 in singles in the South Central Region following the Fall 2024 season... Won at No. 1 singles and also teamed with Bott to defeat the No. 24-ranked duo in the NAIA at No. 1 doubles as the Falcons took down the No. 18-ranked team in the NAIA, Our Lady of the Lake, by a score of 4-2 (Mar. 10)... Earned a win at both No. 2 doubles and No. 1 singles as UTPB defeated Cameron 5-2 for the first win over the Aggies in program history (Mar. 28)... Runyan and Bott won 7-5 over the No. 13 nationally-ranked doubles pair in NCAA Division II at No. 1 doubles in the match against No. 2 Midwestern State (Mar. 29)... Won 6-0 at No. 1 doubles with fellow-senior Rhea Singh and also dominated in a 6-1, 6-2 win during her Senior Day at No. 1 singles vs. Western New Mexico (Apr. 19)... Runyan and Bott earned a 6-4 upset win over the No. 17 nationally-ranked doubles pair at No. 1 doubles, their second win over a nationally-ranked doubles opponent this season, in the match at No. 25 UT Tyler (Apr. 26)... UTPB's lone win of the day in the season-finale at No. 34 Dallas Baptist (Apr. 27) was a 6-4 win by Runyan and Bott at No. 1 doubles over the No. 6-ranked doubles pair in the South Central Region from the Fall season... Runyan and Bott broke into the national doubles rankings at No. 50, later moved up to No. 36, and finished the season ranked No. 41. They also finished the year ranked No. 7 in doubles in the South Central Region... Named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team... Also named to the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA for both semesters... Has been an ITA Scholar-Athlete each year, and has made the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll five times in her career... Earned 2025 D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
 

2023-24 (Junior):
Named to the 2024 LSC Preseason Players to Watch list… Played in 29 matches for the Falcons... Totaled double-digit wins in both singles and doubles… Had 13 wins in singles and 10 wins in doubles… Finished the season winning over 50 percent of her matches at the number one position... Primary doubles partner was Mattea Bowe… In the Fall of 2023, Runyan captured the individual championship at the St. Mary's Invitational (Sept. 8-9), beating Dallas Baptist to win the Flight 1 Singles Championship... Also had a solid outing at the ITA South Central Regional Championships (Sept. 21-22), picking up a win in the consolation round of 32... Her win vs Maryjoe Crisologo of Division 1 Abilene Christian is the highest rated singles win in UTPB women’s tennis history… Alongside Bowe they defeated the No. 13 doubles pairing in the country and defending ITA Fall Regional champion Dallas Baptist (Mar. 21)... Named an ITA Scholar-Athlete... Named to the Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2022-23 (Sophomore):
Appeared in 19 singles and doubles matches for the Falcons during her sophomore campaign, recording 12 wins in each… Paired with Lisa Guitton in doubles for 18 matches, winning 11… Made season debut against Collin College, picking up a singles win… Debuted doubles pairing with Lisa Guitton for win against Angelo State, pairing would win next four in a row against Seward County Community College, Western New Mexico, Texas A&M Kingsville and UT Tyler, Runyan would win in singles against all but UT Tyler… Picked up doubles wins with Lisa Guitton against Southern Arkansas and Harding in addition to singles wins… Victorious in both doubles – with Lisa Guitton – and singles against Arkansas Fort Smith… Earned three straight doubles – with Lisa Guitton (and Olga Guillamon against Sul Ross) – and singles wins against Lubbock Christian, McMurry and Sul Ross… Concluded season winning in doubles with Lisa Guitton and singles against Our Lady of the Lake...  Was named the LSC Player of the Week one time... Named to the Fall 2022 & Spring 2023 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
 
2021-22 (Freshman):
Appeared in 18 singles and 21 doubles matches for UTPB during her freshman season, winning 7 and 9 matches respectively… Made the finals of her flight at the ITF Regional Championships in singles… Placed third in her flight at the MSU Invitational Tournament… Paired with Teodora Vrucan to advance to doubles finals at the Incarnate Word Tournament… Earned first career doubles win with Teodora Vrucan against Tarleton State… Picked up first career singles win against Angelo State… Victorious in both singles and doubles with Teodora Vrucan against Schreiner… Won in singles and doubles with Teodora Vrucan against Texas Lutheran… Defeated McMurry in both singles and doubles with Teodora Vrucan… Earned singles victory against UT Tyler… Debuted pairing with Lisa Guitton with golden match victory over Texas A&M Texarkana, duo would win next four matches against St. Mary’s, Cameron, Arkansas Fort Smith and Western New Mexico, Runyan would win in singles against Arkansas Fort Smith... Named to the Fall 2021 & Spring 2022 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Prep Career
A member of the 2021 signing class, Brooke Runyan was ranked 44th in Texas and 54 across the Gulf States coming out of high school according to tennisrecruiting.net. Trained by Leury Arias out of Fit High Performance Tennis Academy San Antonio, Brooke won the UIL 4A Texas State Championship in singles her senior year for Devine High School – becoming the first Tennis player since 2004 to qualify for state and first ever to reach the final. She also placed third at Regionals her freshman and sophomore years and was named 4A Region 4 Texas MVP from 2017-2021. Runyan graduated as valedictorian of her class.
