Box Score Freshman Lore Mewis continues to flash potential that earned her a spot on the top line of UT Permian Basin Women's Tennis.  While she didn't come out on top, she played a highly competitive match against Division I opponent Tarleton State.  Mewis also had a strong showing with doubles partner Lea Mjertan taking their match the deepest into the set.
 
Mewis dropped the opening set 6-3, the most competitive of the day.  Maria Briones and Monika Cantu were able to take multiple points from the Texans who came in with two-straight wins.  In the end the Falcons fell 7-0.
