The UT Permian Basin Athletics Department is saddened to share the loss of incoming freshman Luke Miller. Miller signed with the football program on February 7 as a defensive end from Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas. 

"We are deeply saddened by the loss of Luke Miller. We extend our condolences and prayers during this difficult time to his family, friends, and all of the people that Luke was able to touch in his life. Our football family will honor Luke in everything we do moving forward," said Head Football Coach Kris McCullough.
