ODESSA, TX – The season may be over for the UT Permian Basin Falcon baseball team, but the post season awards are just now starting to come in.
 
Kicking things off with a Player of Week nod from the LSC is junior outfielder Ethan Flodstrom.
 
Flodstrom had a huge final weekend for UTPB collecting a home run, two triples, five doubles and 14 RBIs to fuel UT Permian Basin to its first series sweep since 2016.
 
Flodstrom also scored seven runs, with a walk and stole a base against Oklahoma Christian. He had 12 hits – three in each of the four games – and struck out only once over 18 at-bats.
