ODESSA, TX – In her last match before the Lone Star Conference Tournament, sophomore Anaya Perales has been named Conference Golfer of the Week.

Perales wrapped up the regular season with a Top 10 finish for herself at the Cav Classic at par-72 Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio.
 
Perales fired a final-round 74 – which tied for the lowest round of the day and the entire tournament – to finish in a tie for sixth place in the field of 71. She birdied two of her final four holes to end with a 156 total. Her play also led UT Permian Basin to a fifth-place finish.
