MIDLAND, TX – UT Permian Basin men's tennis had one of their biggest tests of the season hosting #9 Cameron University Thursday afternoon.
The Falcon played a home match at the Bush Tennis Center. UTPB played the Aggies close, but drop the match 6-1.
"In singles we tried to fight back, and we did indeed put up a fight, but we fell short on all courts except for Jonas at number 6 singles," said Head Coach
Alex Hunt. "He clutched out a good win in 3 sets. This UTPB men's team has to understand how important energy is and how it sets the tone for the match. Tomorrow against UAFS, we have to fix what we failed at today."
