                     For the second time in as many meets this season 
Christian Chavez and 
Amber Martin led the way for UT Permian Basin Cross Country.  Chavez finished with a time of 27:54.52 while Martin completed her race in 26:17.50. 
 
Chavez led the men in a race featuring six Division I schools.  Following him was 
Noah Perez, just eight seconds behind him.  Then it was David Cruz at 28:39.58, 
Jared Myers at 32:06.60, and 
Alejandro Tercero at 37:31.72. 
 
On the women's side Martin was over a minute faster than teammate 
Odalis Lujan.  Right behind Lujan was 
Miranda Hernandez who finished in 27:55.60.  She was trailed by 
Yanitza Olivares at 28:30.50, 
Kayla Cepeda at 29:51.40, and 
Railey Rodriguez at 31:42.90.
