Just three matches remain in the regular season for UT Permian Basin Tennis as they open their final road trip of the season today at Cameron. The Falcons will face a stiff test against two nationally-ranked Aggie squads.
The Falcon women have had plenty of close calls against top-tier competition. They'll face their toughest Division II opponent yet in the Aggies who come into the weekend No. 10 in the nation. They are 15-3 on the season after falling to Angelo State last week.
On the men's side the No. 41 Aggies are 9-7 after losing last time out to Midwestern State. They are just one spot ahead of the Falcons in the Lone Star Conference standings with a 2-2 record.
The Falcons are back in action tomorrow at UA Fort Smith. Download the UTPB Athletics App to follow the team all season long.
