In one of their final matches before Lone Star Conference play, UT Permian Basin Tennis cruised to a pair of victories over Sul Ross State.  
 
The women started strong with a pair of doubles wins without dropping a game.  In singles, Rhea and Anaya Singh won the No. 1 and No. 2 matches with just one game given up between the two.  Mariah Briones and Briana Garcia also took their matches handily by scores of 6-0, 6-0.
 
On the men's side, Carlo Lorente and Antonio Simo took their doubles match without dropping a game.  In singles action, Simo and Nakul Kumbria each won by matching 6-0, 6-0 scores.

The men are off until starting LSC play on March 24 at home against Dallas Baptist.  The women have two more matches this weekend starting Saturday at New Mexico State.  Download the UTPB Athletics App to follow the team all season long.
