The home runs just keep coming for UT Permian Basin Baseball who added to their Lone Star Conference lead on Friday.  Cole Dickie blasted his second of the season and extended his hitting streak to four as the Falcons opened their weekend series at St. Edward's.  It was the team's 17th home run of the young season.

The Falcons threatened in the top of the first with two runners on but couldn't push across a run.  Dickie provided the offense in the second inning after a walk to Caleb Vuono with his home run to put the Falcons on top 2-1.  From there the bats went cold and only managed two hits the rest of the afternoon in the eventual 10-2 final.

Cade Pollard had a strong showing out of the bullpen, throwing 2.2 innings and allowing just one earned run while striking out a pair.  Pedro Astacio and Garret Thornton had the team's other two hits on the afternoon.
