For the fifth straight game
Aquincia Strambler led the UT Permian Basin Volleyball offense with double digit kills. A day after having 20 kills, Strambler had 11 against Texas A&M - Kingsville on Saturday.
The visitors jumped out to an early lead before the Falcons battled back with a 5-1 run. The Falcons stormed back and had a chance to take the set, but the Javelinas fought off three set points and eventually took the set 28-26. The Falcons were held without an extended run in the second and third sets ending the afternoon in straight sets.
Taurie Magee added seven kills and three blocks.
Mayce Barker had five kills with no errors while
Logan Terrazas added five on just one error.
Daylee Doggett led the defense with 13 digs.
Maya Detwiler added 13 assists and eight digs.
