UT Permian Basin Men's Basketball guard DaJuan Jones was named to the Bevo Francis Top 100 Watch List for the 2021-22 season.  The Bevo Francis Award is given annually to the top player in small college basketball encompassing NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA, USCAA, and NCCAA.  Jones is one of just three Lone Star Conference players named to the list.
 
Jones enters Saturday second on the Falcons in scoring at 14.4 points per game while leading Division II in assists with 118.  Last season at Arkansas – Monticello, Jones was an unanimous Great American Conference All-Conference First Team selection, GAC Tournament MVP, and National Association of Basketball Coaches Second Team All-District selection.

The list will be reduced to a Top 50 on February 15, then trimmed to 25 on March 15.  On April 2 finalists will be announced before a winner is crowned on April 4.
