Looking for an offensive spark Monday afternoon at St. Mary's, UT Permian Basin Men's Basketball turned to Kendal Frey and Miles Daniels.  Frey was hot in the first half, scoring 12 of his season high 17 points, while Daniels heated up in the second half to finish with 19 points.  DaJuan Jones added to his assist total with seven on the afternoon along with 12 points and five rebounds.
 
The Rattlers came out hot scoring the first nine points of the contest before Frey got the Falcons on the board at the 15:43 mark.  Frey stayed hot scoring nine of the team's first 12 points to put the Falcons in front.  The teams traded baskets but the Rattlers started to heat up from three.  The long ball by the Rattlers carried them to a 10-0 run and head into the half up 12 on the Falcons. 
 
After starting the second half slow the Falcons made a move offensively.  Daniels caught fire scoring seven straight Falcon points book ended by five points from Jones to get the Falcons back into the game.  After a long stretch of trading points, Frey knocked down a three to cut the deficit to single digits.  That's as close as the Falcons could get as the Rattlers played strong down the stretch for the 84-73 final.
 
Late in the first half Jordan Horn became the 15^th player in program history to reach the 600 point plateau.  Off the bench, Max Warren had eight points while Zavon Godwin added in five points with six rebounds.
