Donoven Carlisle kept his scorer's touch from Thursday, leading the Falcons in scoring with 19 points Saturday at St. Mary's.  Despite four double digit scorers, it wasn't enough to overcome the Rattlers as the Falcons fell 73-63.

Fermandez Jones and Carlisle were hot early, facilitating the Falcon (15-13, 8-11) offense and combining to score the first 14 Falcon points.  It was a tightly contested game early as the Rattlers (12-13, 8-11) traded baskets with the Falcons.  The Falcons gained a little momentum in the final minutes of the half, closing the half with an 11-5 run and led 36-31 at the half.  

The Falcons pushed their lead to 10 early in the second half, but a 14-2 run put the Rattlers in front.  The teams traded the lead from there until the Ratllers pulled away with a 15-2 run down the stretch to down the Falcons.

Carlisle scored his 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the field while also knocking down three three-pointers.  Fermandez Jones was the next top scorer with 12 and also grabbed five rebounds.  Miles Washington finished with 11 points and tied Adam Rivera with a team-high eight rebounds.  Pat Dembley added 10 points to go with five assists.  

The Falcons have a quick turnaround with an exhibition against Division I UT Rio Grande Valley on Tuesday before taking on Western New Mexico on Saturday in Silver City, New Mexico.
