Khali Pippins-Tryon continued her torrid scoring pace with a 30 point outburst in Thursday's 88-70 loss to Texas A&M - Commerce.  She now has 723 points in her Falcon career and now sits eighth in all-time scoring, 11 points away from seventh in program history.

The Falcons (4-23) would open the scoring with a three from Sarah Bersang and a basket from Nyachristmas Puok to take an early lead.  The Lions (18-9) would charge back to take the lead with a 10-0 run before Pippins-Tryon broke it up with a pair of free throws.  She would make another basket before Bersang scored five of her own as the Falcons tried to keep pace.  Chynna Rivera ended a long run by the Lions that ended the first quarter.  A four-point play by Puok got the crowd energized and cut the deficit to six.  The Lions would bounce back before back to back threes from Pippins-Tryon kept the Falcons in the game, trailing 42-33 at the half.

Pippins-Tryon would do everything in her power to keep the Falcons in the game in the third quarter scoring 16 points on her own.  The Lions would continue to pull away in the fourth quarter for the 88-70 final.  Pippins-Tryon finished with her 30 points on an efficient 9-13 shooting including 4-4 from three-point range and 8-8 from the free throw line.  Bersang would finish with 16 points before fouling out.  Lemia Ntor-Ue scored seven, all of them in the second half, while Puok finished the night with 11.

The Falcons wrap-up their season with Senior Day on Saturday as they take on Tarleton State.  Senior Day festivities will take place following their game and before the men's game that follows.
