Lemia Ntor-Ue led the way with 16 points for UT Permian Basin as they fell to No. 23 Angelo State 95-52 on Saturday.

The Falcons (4-21) got a pair of threes from
Chynna Rivera and Ntor-Ue in the first quarter to keep pace with the Rambelles (19-4) but they pulled away with a late run to lead 17-8 after a quarter.  They continued to extend the lead before
Sarah Bersang would end the run with a bucket of her own.  The Falcon defense could not slow down the offense allowing 35 points in the quarter.

Ntor-Ue would score 10 points in the second half on 4-4 shooting, but the game was out of reach.  Bersang added in nine in the half while
Khali Pippins-Tryon scored seven.  Ntor-Ue finished with her 16 on 6-8 shooting and 3-4 from three-point range.  Bersang finished with 11 points while Pippins-Tryon was also in double figures with 10.
Juliette Akinwole and
Kristian James led the Falcons on the boards with five a piece.

The Falcons return home for their final two games of the season.  On Thursday they'll take on Texas A&M – Commerce before hosting Tarleton State for Senior Day on Saturday.
