The UT Permian Basin Football program was featured for their success by Dave Campbell's Texas Football.  This comes after the Falcons picked up their program record third win of the season and first win over Eastern New Mexico.  The Falcons scored 41 points in the second half to propel them to victory.  The win was highlighted by Ben Galaviz getting D2Football.com and Lone Star Conference Player of the Week, Jeremiah Cooley's touchdown catch being named number two play of the week, and senior Chris Hoad reaching a milestone of 500 career tackles.
