Box Score The University of Texas of the Permian Basin women's soccer team suffered a 9-1 loss Saturday afternoon against St. Edward's in Austin, Texas.

The Hilltoppers took a commanding 5-0 lead into halftime, getting goals from four players, including a pair of scores in a minute and a half from Rachel Murray.

St. Edward's added  four more goals after halftime as Murray completed her hat trick in the second half.

Kendall Tietenberg scored her first of the season, getting UTPB on the scoreboard in the 66th minute on an assist from Krysten Chandler.

The Falcons are back in action Monday afternoon, taking on McMurry at 2:30 in Abilene, Texas.
