2024-25 (Senior):
Attended UTPB for all four years and was a four-year starter for the program... Played primarily from the No. 3 singles and the No. 3 doubles spots... Was 9-7 overall in singles this season (3-0 at No. 2 singles; 6-7 at No. 3 singles) and was 10-5 in doubles... Was a combined 7-5 in doubles with her partner, Tuva Asplund, as the pair went 3-2 at No. 2 doubles and 4-3 at No. 3 doubles... In the LSC, Vrucan was 4-6 overall (3-6 at No. 3 singles) and went 4-4 in doubles with Asplund (2-2 at No. 2 doubles; 2-2 at No. 3 doubles)... Won her first match to advance to the round of 32 in the Singles Flight A Main Draw and also teamed up with freshman Sophia Rashid to win the Doubles Flight B Main Draw championship at the ITA South Central Regional Championships (Sept. 19-21)... Earned a win at both No. 2 doubles and No. 3 singles in a close 5-4 defeat for the Falcons against No. 19 nationally-ranked Lubbock Christian (Apr. 6)... Was 3-0 in singles during the Falcons' final three home matches of the season, winning 6-0, 6-0 twice at No. 2 singles and once at No. 3 singles in wins against McMurry (Apr. 17), during her Senior Day against Western New Mexico (Apr. 19), and against Sul Ross State (Apr. 22)... Named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicatiors (CSC) Academic All-District® Team... Also named to the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll (4.0 Spring semester)... Has made the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll in all eight semesters... Has also been named an ITA Scholar-Athlete each year... Earned 2025 D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
2023-24 (Junior):
Appeared in 29 matches for the Falcons... Totaled double-digit wins in both singles and doubles… Had 11 singles wins and 14 doubles wins… Her primary partner for doubles was Paige Bott… Had a singles and doubles victory vs. No. 21 Lubbock Christian (Apr. 4)... Was named Honorable Mention All-LSC in doubles for the 2023-24 season after finishing the regular season with a 14-14 doubles record… Also had a solid outing at the ITA South Central Regional Championships, picking up wins in the consolation round of 32 and round of 16 (Sept. 21-22)... Appeared in 23 singles and 23 doubles matches for the Falcons during her second season, earning 10 and 7 wins respectively… Earned first wins of season against Colorado State Pueblo, including a doubles win with Jenny Nguyen and a golden match singles victory… Won in doubles with Viktoriia Sholudko against Nebraska at Kearney… Earned doubles win with Jenny Nguyen against Colorado College as well as a singles victory… Advanced to the Round of 16 at the ITA South Central Regional Championships… Victorious in singles against Weatherford College… Teamed up with Montserrat Salazar for doubles win against Southeastern Oklahoma, also earned singles win… Won in singles against Western New Mexico… Earned singles win against Arkansas Fort Smith… Scored upset win against Lubbock Christian in singles… Victorious in doubles against McMurry with Montserrat Salazar while also earning golden match singles win… Pair of wins against Sul Ross, in doubles with Montserrat Salazar and in singles… Earned singles win against No. 19 Angelo State… Concluded season with doubles victory over Our Lady of the Lake with Jenny Nguyen... Appeared in 16 singles and 14 doubles matches in her debut season for UTPB, winning five of each… Made consolation semi-finals of ITF Regional Championships after losing opening match… Placed third both the top singles flight of MSU Invite and third doubles flight with Brooke Runyan… Made finals of Incarnate Word Tournament in doubles with Brooke Runyan… Earned the Falcons only win against Southeastern Oklahoma in singles… Won in doubles with Brooke Runyan against Division 1 opponent Tarleton… Victorious in doubles with Brooke Runyan and singles against Schreiner… Winner of doubles match against Texas Lutheran with Brooke Runyan as well as singles match… Teamed with Brooke Runyan to pick up doubles win over McMurry in addition to singles win… Pushed Division 1 UTEP singles opponent to three sets… Earned singles win against Western New Mexico… Named to the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
