2025-26 (Sophomore):
Named to the 2026 LSC Preseason Players to Watch list... Competed in 19 matches this Spring... Was 4-15 overall in singles (2-5 at No. 2 singles, 2-10 at No. 3 singles), and was 5-12 overall in doubles (4-9 at No. 1 doubles, 0-2 at No. 2 doubles, 1-1 at No. 3 doubles)... Played her most doubles matches with Fanny Bergstrom (4-9 at No. 1 doubles). The duo led UTPB in doubles wins... In conference play, she was 1-9 in singles (1-0 at No. 2 singles, 0-9 at No. 3 singles) and was 2-7 in doubles (1-4 at No. 1 doubles, 0-2 at No. 2 doubles, 1-1 at No. 3 doubles)... Played at least two matches in all three doubles positions in conference play... During UTPB’s four-match winning streak in March, Rashid won three straight matches at No. 1 doubles with Fanny Bergstrom to start off the team’s winning streak, and then during the final three matches of the streak, she won three straight singles matches (2-0 at No. 3, 1-0 at No. 2) to close out the winning streak... She won in both singles and doubles in three matches this season... Named to the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll (4.0 GPA Fall Semester; Named to the Honor Roll in each of his first four semesters)... Named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Team, selected by College Sports Communicators.
2024-25 (First-Year):
Was 3-2 in singles (2-0 at No. 4 singles; 1-2 at No. 6 singles) and 5-5 in doubles (2-3 at No. 2 doubles; 3-2 at No. 3 doubles) as a true freshman for the Falcons... Played with five doubles partner during the Spring season.. Was 2-2 at No. 3 doubles with Fanny Bergstrom... In LSC matches she was 1-1 in singles and 3-3 in doubles... In her first collegiate action at the Hardin-Simmons Cowgirl Classic (Sept. 13-14), Rashid and Teodora Vrucan went 2-1 at No. 4 doubles with wins over HSU and DBU. UTPB's only doubles win against Dallas Baptist came courtesy of Rashid and Vrucan with a 7-5 victory over Sarah Stewart and Andrea Delgado... Teamed up with Vrucan to win the Doubles Flight B Main Draw at the ITA South Central Regional Championships (Sept. 19-21). Vrucan and Rashid defeated Ella Hester/Anouk Terpin (Texas A&M-Kingsville) 8-3 in the quarterfinals, took down Sarah Stewart/Andrea Delgado (Dallas Baptist) 8-5 in the semifinals, and then won the final with an 8-1 score over Alexandra Luders/Maizy Adams (Lubbock Christian)... Secured the 6-1, 6-4 victory over Isabella Llano at No. 6 singles in the winner-take-all clinching match in a 4-3 victory for the Falcons over Delta State (Feb. 23)... Named to the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA for both semesters... ITA Scholar-Athlete.
