2024-25 (Graduate Student):
Named to the 2024-25 LSC Preseason Players to Watch list... Started in 21 of 29 games and averaged 7.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game... Ranked second on the team with 159 rebounds and 47 3-pointers while coming in third with 51 assists... Ranked 16th in the LSC in total rebounds and was 17th in rebounds per game... Also ranked ninth in the LSC in 3-pointers per game (1.6) and was top-10 in made 3-pointers... Had season-high outings of 20 points in back-to-back games to end the season.. Had other season-highs of 14 rebounds and four steals vs. Sul Ross State (Feb. 1) and five assists vs. Angelo State (Nov. 23)... Scored 20 points and reached 1,000 career points in UTPB's regular-season finale at Angelo State on February 27, 2025... Dropped 20 points for the second game in a row, made six of her eight 3-point attempts, and pulled down a team-high 10 rebounds against the No. 1 team in NCAA Division II in her final game as a Falcon in this year's LSC Quarterfinals (Mar. 6 vs. Texas Woman's)... In the UTPB career record books, Helgesen ranks first in program history in games played (135) and is second in minutes (3,745), second in rebounds (662), second in field goals attempted (1,104), third in 3-pointers attempted (632), fourth in assists (189), fifth in field goals made (356), fifth in 3-pointers made (176), sixth in points (1,032), sixth in steals (153), eighth in free throws attempted (203), and ninth in free throws made (144)... Also named to the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA for both semesters... Has made the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll during each of her 10 semesters at UTPB... Had a 4.0 GPA in each of the last eight semesters and in nine of her 10 semesters overall... 2023-24 (Senior):
Played 32 games and started in 28 of them… Averaged 8.6 points (274 total points; fourth on the team in both total points and points per game) and 4.8 rebounds per game (second on the team)... Made 49 3-pointers (second most on the team)... Was second on the team in rebounds (153), third in blocks (5), and was fourth in in both assists (40) and steals (36)... She scored a career-high 30 points and set the UTPB single-game record for a 3-point field goal percentage by making seven of her eight 3-pointers (87.5 percent) vs. Angelo State on February 28, 2024... Other season-highs include outings of five games of eight rebounds, two games of four assists, and four steals vs. St. Edward's (Jan. 25)... Was named All-LSC honorable mention... Member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for Fall and Spring semesters (4.0 GPA in both semesters).
2022-23 (Junior):
Started all 28 games … Averaged 8.36 points and 5.43 rebounds a game while shooting 79.4% from the line with 34 triples … Scored in double figures 10 times … Had a career-high of 17 against Cameron (Jan. 12) and Eastern New Mexico (Jan. 28) … Recorded double-doubles (points, rebounds) vs. Lubbock Christian (Jan. 5) and Cameron (Jan. 12) … Had a career-high five steals against Regis (Nov. 15) … Member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for Fall and Spring semesters (4.0 GPA in both semesters).
2021-22 (Sophomore):
Started all but two of the 28 games she played … Averaged seven points per game and hit 31 three-pointers ... Tied for third on the team in total points with 196... Had seven double-figure scoring games … Had a season high of 15 points and career high of 13 rebounds vs. Cameron (Jan. 20) ... Recorded a career-high five steals against Texas A&M International (Feb. 10) … Member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for Fall and Spring semesters (4.0 GPA in both semesters).
2020-21 (Freshman):
Played in 18 games, drawing the start in 12 ... Averaged 5.94 points a game … Scored in double-figures twice … Had a season-high 15 points with three triples against Midwestern State (Feb. 27) … Member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for Fall and Spring semesters (4.0 GPA in Fall semester).
Guyer High School:
As a senior, averaged seven points, six rebounds, two steals and two blocks per game while shooting 55 percent from the floor … Helped the Lady Wildcats go 31-6, win a district championship and set a school record for wins Two-time All-District second team selection.
