2025 (Sophomore):
Named to the 2025 LSC Preseason Players to Watch list for defense... Played in all 27 matches and started in all but two of those matches... Was second on the team with 95 sets played and led the team with 60 total blocks... Her 21 solo blocks led the team by 14... Was also second on the team in points (240.5); was tied for second in points per set (2.53); was third in service aces (18); and was fourth in kills (182), kills per set (1.92) and hitting percentage (.197)... Had double-digit kills in five matches, hit over .300 in five matches, and had at least three blocks in eight matches... Had six blocks in the Falcons' season-finale in a 3-1 Senior Day win vs. Texas A&M-Kingsville (Nov. 15) and had seven blocks in a 3-2 win vs. Eastern New Mexico (Nov. 1)... Started the season with double-digit kills (10) vs. Adams State (Sept. 5)... Finished with a season-high 13 kills while adding five blocks in a 3-2 comeback win vs. Azusa Pacific (Sept. 12), and had three kills and a big solo block in the deciding fifth set... Led UTPB with 11 kills on a .417 attack percentage at Oklahoma Christian during the LSC Challenge (Sept. 18)... Had 11 kills and four blocks while hitting .579 percent to help the Falcons win their conference opener, 3-1, over St. Edward's (Sept. 26)... Just as she did a year ago against St. Mary's (Sept. 27), Demuth had a huge match and finished with 13 kills on .345 percent hitting while adding eight digs and two big solo blocks, both in the fourth set... Had two solo blocks for the second match in a row and finished with six kills while coming up big late in all three sets in a 3-0 win at Cameron (Oct. 3)... Had two aces during an 8-0 run during the third set in a big 3-0 win at Oklahoma Christian (Oct. 4)... Tied for the team lead with five kills at Angelo State (Oct. 18)... Finished with nine kills, five digs, four total blocks, three solo blocks, and two aces in a big 3-0 win at Dallas Baptist (Oct. 24), and got the Falcons off to a good start with a kill and a solo block to win the final two points of the first set (25-23)... Recorded a season-high nine digs and added six kills in a 3-1 win at Sul Ross State (Oct. 28)... Had five kills on .308 percent hitting through the first two sets and finished the match with six kills vs. No. 14 West Texas A&M (Oct. 31)... Totaled a career-high with seven blocks for the match and had three solo blocks for the third time during the season in the big win vs. Eastern New Mexico, and had two solo blocks in the decisive fifth set followed by a kill to get the Falcons to match point... Tied for the team lead with eight kills at Lubbock Christian (Nov. 7)... Added eight kills and two blocks in a 3-0 home win over Texas A&M International (Nov. 14)... Had a hand in six of UTPB's 10 blocks as a team and added six kills in the win over Texas A&M Kingsville... Named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Team, selected by College Sports Communicators... Named to the Fall 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2024 (First-Year):
Named to the LSC All-Freshman Team... Started in 20 of her 23 matches played as a freshman... Was second on the Falcons with 68.0 blocks (0.97 BLK/S), was fourth with a .239 hitting percentage, and was fifth on the team with 161.5 points (2.31 PTS/S) and 112 kills (1.60 K/S)... Had at least three blocks in 15 matches and at least four blocks in 10 matches... Was ranked in the top-10 in the LSC in blocks per set (0.97)... Reached double-digits in kills for the first time in her career with 10 in a 3-2 win vs. Southeastern Oklahoma State (Sept. 13)... Had nine kills, her second-most kills in a match as a freshman at the time, hit .381 percent, and recorded a season-high six blocks in a 3-1 win vs. Texas A&M International (Oct. 5)... Had four kills, hit a career-high .667 percent, and led the team with a match-high five blocks in a 3-0 sweep vs. Midwestern State (Oct. 12)... In the home match vs. No. 15 nationally-ranked Angelo State (Oct. 23), Demuth shined with a career-high 14 kills while hitting .565 percent and leading the team with five blocks... Lastly, in an important 3-1 win vs. St. Mary's (Nov. 7), Demuth played big all night long and finished with nine kills and six blocks, tying her season-best block total as a freshman... Behind Demuth, UTPB ranked No. 27 in all of NCAA Division II in blocks per set as a team, was 45th in opponents' hitting percentage, and was 50th in total blocks (221.0)... Named to the Spring 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
