2021: Started all 33 games he played in for the Falcons... Hit a team high .368 average and had a 1.170 OPS scoring 26 runs while hitting 10 home runs and 10 doubles while driving in 46 runs... Hit 3-5 against Eastern New Mexico with three runs scored, two RBI, a double and a home run on 3/6... Hit 4-5 against Eastern New Mexico with two runs scored two home runs and three RBI on 3/7... Went 3-4 against University of the Southwest with a double and three RBI on 3/19... Went 2-4 against UT Tyler with two runs scored and three RBI while hitting a home run and a double... Went 4-5 against Oklahoma Christian with two doubles, two runs scored and four RBI on 4/9... Went 2-3 against St. Mary's with a run scored, a home run and four RBI on 4/17.

2020: Started all 21 games he appeared in as a junior… Hit .297 on the year with nine doubles, two home runs, eight runs scored and 16 RBI… He went 2-3 with a home run and a double along with scoring a run and driving in four against Tarleton on 2/8… Went 3-4 with three doubles, two RBI and a run scored against St. Mary’s on 2/29… Went 2-5 a run scored and a run driven in against Eastern New Mexico on 3/8… Hernandez was third best in OPS with a .833 mark and slugging percentage with .500… First in at bats with 74, total bases with 37, and doubles with nine… First in hits with 22… Tied for first with two home runs and 16 RBI.
