2025 (First-Year):
Saw action in the regular-season finale vs. Sul Ross State (Nov. 15) and made one assisted tackle.

Harlan (HS):
2024 First-Team All-District safety (6A Division 2)... Had 75 total tackles, 42 solo tackles, seven tackles for loss, three sacks, one interception and five touchdowns (was used as a wildcat quarterback)... Dwayne Wingfield provided a momentum-switching interception midway through the third quarter with Harlan holding a 28-27 lead, helping lead his team to a 42-33 win against Jay (Oct. 2023). “I’m glad I got the pick and glad we got to seal the game,” Wingfield said. “It definitely gave us momentum.” The Hawks cashed it in with a 12-yard scoring run by Graham that made it 35-27. In the hard-scrabble fight for the District 29-6A championship, it was no surprise the top contenders engaged in a topsy-turvy contest Saturday night at Farris Stadium. Wingfield picked up two sacks and made nine total tackles (3.0 for loss). The performance also saw him score three rushing touchdowns and marked the most rushing yards (four) he has had since back in September of 2023. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in the last three games he's played... Dwayne Wingfield Turns in Another Game with at Least Five Total Tackles (Nov. 29, 2024): Dwayne Wingfield, Harlan's leader in total tackles on the season, led the team again on Friday vs. Dripping Springs. Wingfield wasn't messing around, making 12 total tackles (1.0 for loss). The game was his fourth straight with five or more total tackles.
