2024 (Redshirt Junior):
Was named Second-Team All-LSC... Played in 11 games... Was second on the team with 55.45 receiving yards per game, 610 total receiving yards, 43 receptions and six receiving touchdowns... Averaged 14.19 yards per catch... With six touchdowns, he was fourth on the team in scoring (36 points)... Was fourth in receptions in the conference and was tied for fourth in receptions per game (4.1) and receiving touchdowns, was fifth in receiving yards, and was sixth in receiving yards per game... Had three catches for 47 yards and wrapped up the first drive of the game with his first touchdown catch of the season (12 yds.) during his Senior Day vs. Western Oregon (Oct. 19)... In the regular-season finale at Sul Ross State (Nov. 16), Cook caught six passes for 148 yards and two touchdowns, including a 77-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the game. Cook's second touchdown catch against the Lobos saw him make a pair of one-handed highlight-reel grabs, first on a 36-yard catch to get the ball to within the 10-yard line, and secondly on a nine-yard touchdown pass to the back left corner of the endzone... Caught two touchdowns in each of the final two games of the season and finished with a combined five receiving touchdowns over the last three games of the season... Was the fifth and final Falcon to eclipse 1,000 career receiving yards this season (currently 1,149), and did it in just two seasons.

2023 (Junior):
Played in 10 games … Caught 24 passes for 539 yards (22.46 ypc), four touchdowns with two 100-yard games … Caught a career-high five passes against Angelo State (Oct. 21) … Had three catches for a career-high 133 yards vs. Western Oregon (Oct. 28) … Caught just two passes, both for touchdowns against Western New Mexico (Nov. 4) … Set the school record for yards per reception and ranked fourth in the LSC … All-LSC honorable mention.
