Biography

Locking was named the District 9-4A Co-Most Outstanding Defensive Lineman, Second Team Super Centex, Texas Sports Writers Association All-State 4A Honorable Mention, and two-time THSCA HM Academic All-State.  He also competed in basketball and track.
