Justin Victorian starts his first season as the UT Permian Basin Safeties Coach in 2023. Prior to coming to the Permian Basin, Victorian served stints as an assistant coach at Delta State University and Houston Christian University.

Victorian’s coaching career began at Westbury Christian School in Houston, Texas where he worked as Defensive Backs Coach and Wide Receivers Coach. Victorian played from 2015-19 at Grambling State University, helping the Tigers to a pair of Southwestern Athletic Conference championships, and a Celebration Bowl Victory. A native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Victorian played at Roswell High School in Roswell, Georgia.

He graduated with a bachelor of science in kinesiology from Grambling in 2019.
