Played in all 19 matches during the Spring season... Was 5-10 overall in singles (all at the No. 1 position) and was 11-7 overall in doubles (4-3 at No. 1 doubles, 7-4 at No. 3 doubles) in dual matches during the Spring season... Led UTPB in wins at No. 1 singles and also led the Falcons in doubles wins... Won at least four doubles matches with two different partners (Philipp Gaurieder, Nehal Naidoo)... Played his most doubles matches with Gaurieder (7-4 at No. 3 doubles). The duo led UTPB in doubles wins... Both began and ended the season playing at No. 1 doubles with Naidoo... In conference play, he was 3-5 in singles and 5-3 in doubles (2-1 at No. 1 doubles, 3-2 at No. 3 doubles)... Was the only Falcon to play at No. 1 singles during conference action... D'Amorim/Gaurieder led all UTPB pairs with three conference wins in doubles (3-2 in conference play), including a 3-0 start... Won in both singles and doubles in five matches this season... Had a four-match winning streak in doubles (with Gaurieder) during the regular season... The freshmen duo of D'Amorim/Gaurieder was named the Lone Star Conference Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week (Mar. 11) after going unbeaten at No. 3 doubles against Southwest Baptist (won 6-2) and Hawaii Pacific (won 6-3)... In UTPB's conference opener at UT Dallas, D'Amorim/Gaurieder rolled to a 6-0 win over Ben Barnet/Ronav Aviur in the first match at No. 3 doubles. Then the next day at No. 7 UT Tyler, UTPB nearly stole the doubles point as D'Amorim/Gaurieder defeated Job Japelj/Trevor Short at No. 3 doubles... One week later, D'Amorim/Gaurieder also defeated No. 19 Midwestern State's Cesar Loeches Llamas and Jose Marquez 6-3 at No. 3 doubles... D'Amorim/Naidoo finished the season with an above .500 record (4-3) at No. 1 doubles and were named the LSC Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week (4/23/26) after going 2-0 at No. 1 doubles against Western New Mexico and Sul Ross State. D'Amorim/Naidoo first defeated Yannik Rogulski/Jack Semper in the decider for the doubles point, 6-3, at No. 1 doubles vs. WNMU. They next day they won 6-1 at No. 1 singles vs. SRSU to improve to 4-2 at No. 1 doubles on the season... UTPB picked up its second conference win of the year with a 4-3 comeback win at Western New Mexico thanks to D'Amorim winning the final match at No. 1 singles. After trailing 2-0 in the third set in the decisive match at No. 1 singles, D'Amorim clinched it with a 5-7, 6-1, 6-2 comeback win over Jack Semper. Then the next day, D'Amorim earned his fifth win at No. 1 singles this season with a 6-0, 6-2 decision vs. SRSU. D'Amorim was 2-0 at both No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles on the week and led the Falcons with a perfect 4-0 combined record on the weekend... During the Fall season, D'Amorim finished a combined 3-2 in doubles with his partner, Naidoo... In the first round of the singles main draw at the ITA South Central Regional Championships, D'Amorim defeated Snehin Yerragudi (UT Dallas) 6-1, 6-0. However, in the round of 32, D'Amorim fell 7-6 (7-4), 6-0 against No. 4-seed Artiom Dorofeev (UT Tyler). In doubles, D'Amorim/Naidoo were one of three UTPB doubles pairs to win their first match to advance to the second round of the Doubles Flight A Main Draw. D'Amorim/Naidoo first defeated Zachary Hazel/Marton Szabo (Lubbock Christian) 8-1, but came up short, 8-6, against No. 6-seed Noe Milliard/Lukas Janousek (Cameron) in the round of 16... Lastly, D'Amorim went 2-1 in both singles and doubles at the TAMUT Eagle Invite, where he and Naidoo finished in third place in the No. 1 doubles draw. In Doubles Flight 1, D'Amorim/Naidoo defeated Moritz Buss/Aaron Osmond (OBU) 8-5 in the quarterfinals but fell 8-5 to Lucas Nitzchke/Frode Neumann (SAU) in the semifinals. They then bounced back to defeat Lucas Yamaguti/Mauricio Trevino (TAMUT) 8-6 in the 3-4 Playoff. In singles at TAMUT, D'Amorim was the lone Falcon to advance to the final of his respective draw (Flight 4). In Singles Flight 4, D'Amorim defeated Simeon Latinchev (UAFS) 6-1, 3-0, RET [inj] in the quarterfinals and won in a third-set super tiebreaker, 6-0, 5-7, 1-0 (11-9), over Aaron Osmond (OBU) in the semifinals. However, he fell 7-5, 6-4 to Jonas Sommer (SAU) in the final.
