Hunter Hill was named a Graduate Assistant Coach for UT Permian Basin program in September 2024.
Hill was a middle infielder at Missouri Baptist University and was named AMC Second Team All-Conference in his final season in 2021 after hitting .333 in the regular season with three home runs and 33 RBI's. Even more impressive though for Hill was his defense at second base. He committed just seven errors in 141 chances for a .950 fielding percentage in 2021. Hill was also named the AMC Player of the Week and the Spartan Athlete of the Week on April 26, 2021, and earned AMC Academic All-Conference recognition in both 2019 and 2020.
