2024 (Freshman):
Appeared in 11 games as a true freshman… Totaled seven made field goals, 41 made PAT's and 62 points for the Falcons... His season-long field goal of of 47 yards came in the season opener vs. Western NM (Aug. 31)... In the LSC he ranked second in extra points (41), sixth in field goals made (7), and eighth in both points (62) and points per game (5.6)... named the Lone Star Conference Special Teams Player of the Week after his "Week 0" performances in the Falcons' 41-3 home victory over Western New Mexico. Diaz was 4-for-4 on field goals – including a long of 47 yards – and made all three of his extra points. Diaz, who made one field goal in each quarter, was also good from 32, 36 and 25 yards in the contest.
