Earned first win allowing 4 runs over 8.0 innings and struck out 7 at Eastern New Mexico (3/5)... Allowed 2 runs over 7.0 innings in win over UT Tyler (3/26)... Allowed 4 runs over 6.1 innings against St. Mary's (4/16).

2021: Started in 12 of his 13 appearances... Threw a complete game against the University of the Southwest on 3/19/2021 as he gave up one earned run while striking out four in the victory... He pitched 62.2 innings collecting 49 strikeouts while walking 25 batters... He pitched the most innings and was first in strikeouts for the Falcons this season... Went seven innings against University of the Southwest allowing one earned run and striking out four while allowing four hits... Went seven innings against St. Edwards allowing three earned runs striking out four.

2020: Started in all six of his appearances and finished with a 4-1 record on the season with a 3.79 ERA as a junior… Threw three complete games including two shutouts… Pitched 35.2 innings striking out 33 batters against just seven walks while keeping opponents’ batting average to .262… Berg gave the Falcons their first victory in program history over #15 West Texas A&M in the first game of the season pitching six innings of two run ball striking out five batters on 1/31… On 2/15 against St. Edwards he pitched seven innings allowing four hits and striking out seven in a complete game shutout… Against UAFS on 2/22 he threw a seven inning complete game with six strikeouts… Pitched a seven inning complete game shutout against Eastern New Mexico allowing four hits and striking out six batters… First on the team in wins, WHIP with 1.16, CG, and IP.
