Spring 2021: O'Kelley moved off the line where he finished second on the team with 28 tackles.  He was a force all over the field forcing three fumbles while recording a sack and six QB hurries.  He Had nine tackles and three for a loss while forcing a fumble in a win over Lincoln.  The next week at Western New Mexico, O'Kelley had five tackles, two for a loss, a sack, and forced two fumbles.

2019: O’Kelley played in 11 games recording 32 tackles, seven tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks as a sophomore. He recorded four tackles in a game four times and had a season-high eight against Eastern New Mexico. Against Eastern New Mexico he also had 1.5 sacks and 2.5 tackles for loss. In final game of the season, O’Kelley had an interception go viral. As O’Kelley had an easy interception return, he handed it off to teammate Chris Hoad for the touchdown in Hoad’s final game as a Falcon.

2018: O’Kelley appeared in four games as a sophomore. In an injury-shortened season, he had 25 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss and led the Falcons with seven sacks. He had seven tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, three sacks and a forced fumble at Texas Southern. He recorded a season-high 13 tackles with three sacks and five tackles for loss at Northern Michigan. He made two tackles, one sack and had an interception for 21 yards at Tarleton.


2017: O’Kelley played in 11 games as a freshman. He finished the season with 38 tackles, made a team-high 5.5 sacks, had three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and four blocked kicks. He was named the Lone Star Conference Freshman of the Year. O’Kelley had five tackles, one tackle for loss, forced two fumbles and blocked two kicks at Western New Mexico. He made five tackles, had two sacks and recovered a fumble against Tarleton. O’Kelley forced a fumble and blocked a kick at Eastern New Mexico. He had six tackles and 0.5 sacks against Texas A&M - Kingsville. He recorded a sack against Quincy. He had a sack at Texas A&M - Commerce. O’Kelley had a sack and blocked a kick against Angelo State.

2016: Redshirted season.
