DALLAS, Texas (October 2, 2026) – Due to anticipated rain in the area and the potential conditions of the Patriot Soccer Field (grass field), the location for tomorrow's (Saturday, Oct. 3) women's soccer match between the University of Texas Permian Basin and No. 2-ranked Dallas Baptist University has been moved has been moved to the
new turf field on the Dallas College Mountain View campus. The start time remains as scheduled for 1 p.m.
UTPB (4-6-0 overall, 1-6-0 Lone Star Conference) is coming off of back-to-back one-goal losses at home against UT Dallas (L 2-1; Saturday, Sept. 26) and Lubbock Christian (L 1-0; Wednesday, Sept. 30). No. 2 DBU, meanwhile, is 10-0, has recorded four consecutive shutouts, and has not allowed a goal in its last 370 minutes of action. DBU also remains atop the Lone Star Conference standings with a perfect 7-0 record in league play and has now outscored its opponents 38-3 on the season.
