Due to the potential for thunderstorms on Saturday, August 30, the kickoff time for UT Permian Basin's football season opener has been adjusted.
 
The Falcons will still take on the University of Central Oklahoma at Astound Broadband Stadium on August 30, but kickoff will now be at 12 p.m. (previously scheduled for 6 p.m.).
 
Game day activities have also been updated:
 • Tailgating begins at 9 a.m.
 • Falcon Walk starts at 10 a.m.
 
One thing that hasn't changed? Admission to all UTPB home football games and tailgating remains FREE for the community.
