- Kaylee Moses (1 hit, 1 walk) reached base twice for the Falcons.
- UTPB threatened in the top of the third as Mia Serrato and Moses led off with back-to-back walks, but a pair of failed sacrifice bunt attempts did not do the Falcons any favors.
