LAS CRUCES, New Mexico - Sangha Park is second after 18 holes at the NCAA South Central/West Regional at the University Golf Course in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The senior carded a -4 (67) and is two behind the leader, Joey Geary of Western New Mexico.
 
Park recorded an early bogey on hole 3 before eagling hole 4 to go -1. He gave that shot back with another bogey on hole 5 but birdies on 7, 9, 15, and 18 put him in contention heading into the final two rounds.
 
Will Tate is tied for 62 at +4 (75) after carding three birdies in his round. Nolan Otto is tied for 75 at +5 (76) while Thonsaeng Nunya is +8 (79) through the opening round. As a team the Falcons at 16 at +13 (297). 
 
The team is back in action tomorrow for the second round from the University Golf Course.
