LAS CRUCES, New Mexico - The University of Texas Permian Basin men's golf team is just outside the top 10 at the NCAA South Central/West Regional at the University Golf Course in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Falcons are tied for 12 and just two shots in back of 10.
 
Sangha Park leads the way individually for UTPB. The senior is tied for 13 at -2 (140) after shooting a +2 (73) in the second round. After shooting +3 (38) on the front nine, Park birdied holes 10, 11, and 15, but gave back two with bogeys on 16 and 18. 
 
Ioan Rowe had a strong round at +1 (72). Matching him at +1 was Will Tate who is now +5 (147) for the event. Nolan Otto shot a +4 (75) in a round that included three birdies. He sits 72nd at +9 (151) through 36 holes. Thonsaeng Nunya was +6 (77) and is +14 (156) overall.
 
The Falcons look to move up the leaderboard in tomorrow's final round from Las Cruces.
