THACKERVILLE, Oklahoma - Sangha Park had a strong final round at the Lone Star Conference Championships and finished tied for sixth at -2 (214) at WinStarGolf Club in Thackerville, Oklahoma. As a team, the University of Texas Permian Basin finished tied for fifth at +14 (878).
 
Park shot a final round -3 (69) to rocket up the leaderboard. The Lone Star Conference Player of the Year was -3 through his first nine holes. He then recorded a pair of bogies before saving the round with an eagle on his final hole of the day.
 
Will Tate recorded a +1 (73) in the final round to finish tied for 23rd. He finished the three-round event at +5 (221). Ioan Rowe also recorded a +1 (73) on Tuesday, his lone round of the event.
 
Kongpop Kaikaew had a final round +3 (75) and finished the event tied for 37th with a +9 (225). Thonsaeng Nunya ended up at +14 (230) after a final round +7 (79).
 
The Falcons finished tied for fifth with West Texas A&M, missing out on advancing to stroke play by 10 shots. Dallas Baptist ran away from the field at -13 (851), 14 shots clear of second-place Midwestern State. Leandro Mihaich won the individual crown at -9 (207), besting DBU's Sam Jenkins by two strokes.
