GENEVA, Ohio Matthew Lenzo dove well on Wednesday (Mar. 13) at the 2024 Men's NCAA D-II Swimming & Diving Championship zone meet - resulting in him earning Honorable Mention All-American honors. 

In the NCAA preliminary on the 1-meter board, Lenzo came in ninth place and then competed in the consolation final, winning that event to secure ninth place and Honorable Mention All American status.  
 
"Matthew dove very well and was only 2 points from the top 8," said Head Diving Coach Jennifer Mangum. "I am very proud of him." 

Lenzo is not done yet competing at the NCAA Championships as the will be back on the boards on Friday (Mar. 15) competing on the 3-meter springboard.
