GENEVA, Ohio - Matthew Lenzo shined against his competition today (Mar. 12), as he competed in the 2024 Men's NCAA D-II Swimming & Diving Championship zone meet. 

Needing to finish in the top-18 in order to qualify for the NCAA Championships, Lenzo finished in seventh-place on both the 1 and 3 meter boards during the qualifying meet. 

Lenzo won't have much of a break before he will be back on the boards, due to the fact he will be back in action tomorrow (Mar. 13), competing on the 1-meter board. Preliminaries begin at 12 p.m. central time. The top 8 divers will compete in finals in the evening, divers placing 9-16 will compete in the consolation finals 30 minutes after the preliminaries.
