The UT Permian Basin men's golf team has gotten even better this spring, as they have added two golfers –
JT Pittman and Constantin Lohoff - mid-year. The men's team finished the fall ranked fifth in the region and 11th nationally.
Pittman, a transfer from Wichita State, will have all the eyes on him this spring as he has been named a golfer to watch in the Lone Star Conference. His career best performance is 64, which was 8 under at Midland Country Club in the Texas State AM. Pittman is from Monahans, Texas and parents are Jason & Larissa Pittman.
"I'm excited to come play for UTPB because it is home and there is no place like home," said Pittman.
Lohoff will also make his debut this spring for the Falcons, coming from Berlin, Germany. His career best score was 5 under par (67) at Berlin-Brandenburg Championships (Par 72 Course). Lohoff parents are Christiane and Christian Lohoff.
"I'm excited to improve my golf skills while playing on such an awesome team," said Lohoff.
The Falcons will return to the course next week, competing in the Las Vegas Desert Classic at Boulder Creek GC from Mar. 3-5.
