ODESSA, Texas - The University of Texas Permian Basin men's tennis team is continuing to add to its stellar 2023 class with the addition of Angus Howard from London, England.
Howard holds a career-best ITF junior ranking of 1562 in singles and doubles and is a two-time ITF doubles finalist. The current Bath native will join a UTPB team that went 12-9 last season - including an appearance at the Lone Star Conference Championships.
Alex Hunt, head coach –
"Angus is a proven competitor at the county and national level over the pond there in the United Kingdom. He packs a heavy punch behind each shot.
