ODESSA, TX – A pair of Falcons had multiple hits including a long ball in the final game of the series against St. Mary's Friday afternoon.
 
UT Permian Basin's Aracely Araiza had two hits including a homerun, while Mia Quintero picked up two hits including a double.
 
Abby Cousins went three innings with a strikeout before picking up the loss as the Falcons drop game three 18-4.
 
UTPB stayed within striking distance of the Rattlers until a big sixth inning put the game out of reach.
 
Next up for the Falcons will be a trip to Silver City, NM to face Western New Mexico. That series will start Tuesday April 11 at noon.
